High 5-ers Billie & Kayla tour the town for Blitz! Capitol Hill Art Walk

Blitz! is Capitol Hill's version of Art Walk. It happens every second Thursday, and includes forty to fifty venues around the Capitol Hill neighborhood. This month, Billie and Kayla set out with a Radio Flyer full of coffee and coupons to spread some pie love.
